Cargo Consolidation in China

Bring multiple supplier deliveries into one coordinated shipping plan. Agree cargo identification, receiving instructions and the scope of checking before goods arrive.

Build the arrangement around your cargo

Supplier and batch references

List each supplier, product, package count and expected arrival date. Use agreed references so separate deliveries can be matched to your inquiry.

Receiving arrangements

Guangzhou receives large or heavy cargo and Shenzhen receives small cargo under confirmed instructions. Do not send goods to a location without prior agreement.

Checking and packing scope

Receiving, counting, product inspection, repacking and storage are different tasks. Agree which tasks are included, what evidence is recorded and any related charges.

Your quotation preparation checklist

Separate supplier carton batches grouped on pallets in a warehouse staging area.
  • Product name, intended use and special attributes
  • Package count, gross weight and external dimensions for each package
  • Supplier location and cargo-ready date
  • Bangladesh destination city, full address and contact details
  • Collection, consolidation, documents or delivery you want included

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine orders from different suppliers?

Yes, discuss a consolidation plan before suppliers dispatch. Share a batch list and confirm identification and receiving instructions.

Does receiving include a full quality inspection?

No inspection scope should be assumed. Agree any checking requirements, methods and limitations separately before the work begins.

What if goods arrive on different days?

Provide the expected schedule for each batch. Agree the holding arrangements, shipment readiness and any storage-related terms in advance.

Which warehouse should my supplier use?

Contact GCI first. The receiving point depends on the cargo and agreed handling plan; Hong Kong offices are not listed as cargo receiving warehouses.
